Design and operate future offshore wind turbines using digital twins

The aim of Collaborative Research Center 1463 is to research physical and methodological principles based on the concept of the Digital Twin. The Digital Twin is an individual simulation model for the development of integrated design and operational planning.

The CRC 1463 just published its design basis of a wind turbine as a data set!

New publication in the Journal of Physics:

As introduced at the DeepWind Conference 2023, the paper of B02, "Rotor and wake aerodynamic analysis of the Hybrid-Lambda concept - an offshore low-specific-rating rotor concept", was now published!

Sören Möller (C02) rewarded with EVACES-Best Paper Award

The CRC 1463 congratulates Sören Möller (C02) on his awarded paper: " Investigations Towards Physics-Informed Gaussian Process Regression for the Estimation of Modal Parameters of a Lattice Tower Under Environmental Conditions"
